  21. Has anybody had any *good* experience building PC-based LW plugins (32-bit
  22. DLLs) with anything other than Microsoft Visual C++ 2.x?  I've got Borland
  23. C++ 4.02, but it doesn't build 32-bit DLLs that LightWave can digest.
  24.
  25. I also have Microsoft Visual C++ 2.2, but I don't have an operating system
  26. the run it under (i.e., Windows NT).
  27.
  28. Is either DJGPP or EMX (GNU-based compilers) mature enough to accomplish
  29. this task?
  30.
  31. Any advice would be appreciated.
